Personas Unleashed: Designing and Illustrating Fun Representations for Service Design.

Designing illustrations for Google Analytics was fun and a great challenge; I focused on expressing the users' feelings and needs. Through empathetic storytelling and fun design, I created visuals that captured their journey and clarified the content for users and the internal team. The illustrations provided a window into the users' world, bridging the gap between their experiences and the platform's development. Ultimately, they added a touch of humanity and strengthened Google Analytics's user-centric approach.

Google recognized the importance of understanding user experiences within their Analytics platform and sought to create vivid illustrations of diverse personas discovered during their design research. They someone to collaborate closely with their team to visually portray the distinct characteristics and interactions of each persona.

My design process is first collaboration with the internal development team, listening was paramount. Their insights and expertise helped shape the visual narrative, ensuring that the illustrations seamlessly integrated into the overall user experience.
