YIT 2.0 was born from the research and fruitful partnership between Columbia Road and YIT. Together, the team developed their service design strategy, and then I brought the hands in the craft to concretize the strategy. The main idea was to transform their content into visual concepts, experimental designs, and prototypes of a service use case.

Nordic Inspiration

Meets Apartment Owner's needs

Listening to the user with new features.

In this concept, all features are crucial in shaping the overall user experience, contributing to usability, efficiency, engagement, and satisfaction with the product or service.

In my design process, I want the power of fast testing and user research, including AB testing methodologies, to iterate and improve upon these features while addressing users' specific needs and wishes.

Incorporating inclusive design features, such as text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, and adjustable text sizes, I strive to create a more accessible and user-centric experience.
