Third, I like to focus on the action plans. Provide guidance or resources to help the team and the project to apply the new knowledge and skills gathered in their work or daily lives. Sustaining the momentum generated during the time together is a good idea to assess new goals, adapt new content, and deliver better results. I think a good conversation is the basis for ongoing learning.
